Magda is a Brooklyn-based documentary filmmaker and producer with ten years of experience in Film & TV production across the US, the UK, and Europe. She was Associate Producer on the Emmy® Award-nominated two-part documentary Agents of Chaos (2020) directed by Alex Gibney and on The Brink directed by Alison Klayman, which premiered at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival. She was Archive Producer on Beyond Utopia directed by Madeleine Gavin, which won the Audience Award for US Documentary at the 2023 Sundance Film Festival. She was Story Producer on Perfect Wife: The Mysterious Disappearance of Sherri Papini (2024) directed by Michael Beach Nichols, which became HULU’s most-watched documentary series ever. Most recently, she was Associate Producer on The Trial of Alec Baldwin (2025) directed by Rory Kennedy, and Story Producer on Love, Ted Bundy (2026) directed by Christopher Cassel. 

Magda is currently developing a feature documentary about a painting that disappeared without a trace in Europe during the Cold War, which will be her directorial debut. 

Magda is a member of the Documentary Producers Alliance and the Archival Producers Alliance.
